We live about four hours from Ocean City and I’d travel the four hours just to play this course again. “Links” courses in the US are usually not links and, while this one has a few holes that meander through the trees, it’s as close to a British Isles course as you’re likely to get. I played in windy, chilly conditions and loved the layout. Most of the holes are within view of the water just across from Assateague Island. Very few forced carries…you can choose multiple avenues for your approach shot. Though early in the season, the course was in excellent shape. The course is an easy ten mile drive from Ocean City.
